Liz Fetter is a distinguished C-Suite executive, corporate board member, entrepreneur, and author with more than three decades of experience leading organizations, guiding strategic transformation, and creating lasting impact.

A Career Built on Leadership and Innovation
Throughout her career, Liz has led companies across software, telecommunications, technology services, equipment, real estate, and consumer products. She has successfully guided both public and private organizations, from early-stage startups to companies generating billions in revenue.
Liz has served as CEO of multiple technology companies, including QRS Corporation, NorthPoint Communications, Jacent Technologies, and NxGen Modular. In 2013, she was appointed CEO of Symmetricom, where she restructured the company and successfully led its acquisition by Microsemi.
In 2015, Liz founded Abundance Hill Enterprises LLC, where she continues to focus on investments, business opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
Corporate Board Leadership
Since 1994, Liz has served on 15 corporate boards, providing strategic guidance and governance expertise to organizations across multiple industries.
She currently serves on the Board of Fox Factory and has previously served on the boards of McGrath RentCorp, Alliant International University, Symmetricom Inc., and Quantum Corporation.
Throughout her board career, Liz has frequently chaired Compensation and Audit Committees, helping organizations strengthen governance, improve performance, and create long-term value.
Championing Women, Education, and Community Impact
Beyond corporate leadership, Liz has dedicated significant time to nonprofit organizations, education, and initiatives that support future leaders.
She has been involved with organizations including the Public Board Forum, NACD NorCal, International Women’s Forum, Women Corporate Directors, and Corporate Directors Group.
Liz is the former Chair of the Board of Trustees of Alliant International University and serves on the President’s Advisory Council for Penn State’s $2 billion capital campaign.
Her nonprofit board service spans more than two decades, reflecting her commitment to education, leadership development, and community advancement.

Drawing from her extensive experience in leadership, business, and personal growth, Liz has co-authored bestselling books focused on leadership and mental health.
